cm2 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Please read this document carefully before using any cm2 services. By registering for or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the cm2 platform — including the website, mobile app, and related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the cm2 platform.

These terms constitute a binding agreement between you as the user and cm2 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any changes that have taken effect.

The cm2 platform is open only to users aged 18 and above. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited, and any account found to be in violation of this age requirement will be closed immediately without notice.

2. Account Creation & Security

To make full use of cm2's services, you are required to register an account using accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted only one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is a breach of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. cm2 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials. We encourage users to enable two-factor authentication for an added layer of security.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the cm2 support team immediately at [email protected]. All information provided during registration must be accurate and verifiable. cm2 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

Users agree to use the cm2 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws. The following are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure without notice:

  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or operate an account.
  • Engaging in any form of fraud, manipulation, or attempts to exploit the platform's systems.
  • Sharing account access with another party or using someone else's account.
  • Conducting suspicious fund transfers or any activity related to money laundering.
  • Distributing harmful, unlawful, or threatening content through any communication feature on the platform.
  • Violating any applicable Malaysian laws while using the platform.

Cm2 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these terms and to cooperate with relevant authorities where necessary. Users who breach these terms may forfeit their account balance depending on the nature of the violation.

4. Payment & Transaction Information (MYR)

All transactions on the cm2 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via supported local payment methods, including TNG eWallet, FPX, Maybank2u, and CIMB Clicks. cm2 does not bear any charges imposed by third-party payment service providers.

Withdrawal requests are subject to a verification process that may take varying amounts of time depending on the method chosen. Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account or e-wallet details provided are correct. cm2 is not liable for any delays or failed withdrawals resulting from inaccurate information submitted by the user.

All promotions, bonuses, and special offers are subject to additional terms stated separately. Bonuses may not be withdrawn as cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. cm2 reserves the right to void any bonus if abuse or misuse of the promotions system is detected.

5. Liability Limits & Account Policy

Cm2 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Services may be temporarily disrupted due to system maintenance, technical updates, or circumstances beyond our control. cm2 will not be liable for any losses incurred by users as a result of such service disruptions.

In all circumstances, cm2's maximum liability to a user is limited to the amount of the most recent deposit still held in that user's account at the time the claim is made. cm2 will not be liable for anticipated profits, indirect losses, or any other consequential damages.

Cm2 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances: breach of user terms, suspicious activity, identity fraud, a request from legal authorities, or at our own discretion where reasonable grounds exist. Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to management fees or automatic closure in accordance with the platform's current policy.

All content, logos, brand names, and intellectual property found on the cm2 platform are the exclusive property of cm2 or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, or use any platform content without prior written consent from cm2.

6. Third-Party Links, Terms Amendments & Governing Law

The cm2 platform may contain links or references to third-party services for your convenience. cm2 has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services, and accepts no responsibility for their content or actions.

Cm2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms will be resolved through the processes provided under Malaysian law. For any enquiries regarding these terms, you may contact us by email at [email protected] or visit the FAQ us.
